Contents must include the entire scope of work that has been completed by the scholar. Scholar is responsible for providing required documentation unless otherwise noted:

•Extracurricular Analysis: Company Report
•Teaching Opportunity: Lesson Plan & Evaluation Forms•Integrative: Expert Contact & Research
