Provide supervisor’s name, position with organization, telephone and email address
Describe activities to be executed/performed at placement
State personal expectations and responsibilities
State supervisor’s expectations and responsibilities
Provide proposed schedule of days and hours at placement
State goals of placement
This is a pass / fail assignment and must meet quality standards before the Scholar is allowed to proceed to the next step in the internship process. Entrepreneurship Coordinator will provide any necessary feedback.
