Within 30 days of the acceptance of the post project assessment, a committee of at least 2 faculty members (one of whom can be the scholar’s mentor) will meet with the scholar to discuss the project and to challenge the decisions made by the scholar. Each faculty member will have read the post project assessment and will use that report to question the Scholar. Faculty will use rubric on page 9 to award Scholar a grade.
Scholars should answer the following:
• Provide at least 3 examples of how you were able to be an effective leader.
• What tools did you use during the project to ensure maximum chance of success?
• How did you specifically coordinate and manage the other members of the project?
• How did you specifically manage any unforeseen circumstances?
• Provide an example of how you used the resources available to maximum effect.
• Provide at least 3 examples of where the project fell short of expectations.
• Provide at least 3 examples of where the project excelled.
• What advice would you give someone that undertook this project next year?
